i found the staff consistently helpful. the hotel provided readily available golf buggies, this allowed convenient movement around the extensive grounds. i appreciated the daily replacement of tea and coffee, this kept the room well-stocked. the grounds contained nature trails for spotting local wildlife like monkeys and sloths.
The breakfast buffet selection for pastries and sweets was limited.

the guest relations team arranged some thoughtful touches for a birthday drinks party. the restaurant team provided surprises for the celebration, they kindly arranged all the finishing touches. attentive service extended to all departments.

the hotel had a wonderful breakfast buffet, and it included fresh fruit. i also appreciated they offered complimentary shuttle service to beaches nearby. it was a very convenient service.
the wifi wasn't good. the network cut out regularly. the hotel appears old and a little dated. the rooms and facilities seem stuck in the 90s.

The hotel staff welcomed me with fresh juice and a ride to my room. my garden room included a patio, ideal for watching rainstorms. i booked tours easily and enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service to beaches. chocolates and fruits was randomly throughout my stay. It felt very special.
The sun chairs near the pools were often reserved very early. This sometimes made finding a spot difficult!

la galeria restaurant had kind staff, especially randall. i enjoyed the breakfast buffet that featured fresh fruit, fresh fruit juice, rice, and plantains. the hotel was accommodating to my vegan needs.

i found the multiple pools very refreshing the main one even had very nice sunset views. breakfast was a real treat because it featured a diverse buffet selection. walking the monkey trail i saw monkeys it was best in the afternoon when they seemed most active.

my room included a separate sofa a dining table and a fridge great for storing snacks and drinks. the room also featured a coffee pod machine that was restocked daily. cable tv was available in the room.

the staff were helpful and friendly they were quick to assist with any requests. golf buggies were always available to chauffeur guests around the resort. they also organize regular walking tours to the nearby national park.

the resort has several pools including one specifically for adults it offered a quiet space. the spa provided a couples massage service which i enjoyed very much. the grounds included a sushi bar for dinner.

the hotel organizes several shuttles a day to the nearby town making it easy to explore. daytime food and drinks are available by the main pool. the hotel is well located and has amazing ocean views.

the staff were friendly. i could see monkeys around the hotel, a nice surprise.
the main pool was closed for two of the four days i was there. i requested a late checkout to accommodate a massage, but it was denied. this led to me canceling the massage, which was like an avoidable loss.
